The Amazon Key Account Manager will report into our headquarters located in Findlay, OH. In this role you will be an integral part of Cooper Tire’s consumer driven strategy, this role will responsible for coordinated execution within an Omni Channel environment. The strategic nature of Amazon and their technological leadership will position you at the cusp of new changes in consumer facing channel dynamics. In the Key Account Manager role you will have high visibility to different cross-functional areas of our organization, including senior leadership! Job Responsibilities:

  • Executing business plan which includes financial and quota achievement
  • Developing five-year business plan that focuses on branding and growth in alignment to NATO’s (North America Tire Operation) vision
  • Developing monthly, quarterly, annual and five-year plan forecasts
  • Strong and confident customer relationship management with key Amazon stakeholders
  • Mastery of Vendor Central as administrator role
  • Coordinating and gathering input to create an efficient, effective and successful execution plan is key when supporting functional areas such as:  IT, Supply Chain, Category Management, Pricing, Accounts Receivable, Legal, Consumer Relations, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, Tax and Product Development
  • Collaborating with eCommerce channel partners while working as part of our team aligned to the retail side of the business
  • Ensuring MAP compliance with Amazon
  • Mastery of CXH content portal and relationship management with Syndigo
  • Working closely with Accenture stakeholders on back-end integration maintenance


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Well-versed in Microsoft office – especially with Microsoft Excel, Teams, Power Point and Word
  • General working knowledge with EDI transactions
  • Thrives on new challenges and is highly goal oriented
  • Follow up and focus on task completion understanding the requirements of a 24/7 customer
  • Excellent communication across all levels of the company and respect for getting things done with the assistance of others.
  • Passion for eCommerce and technology
  • Detail oriented with a spirit of competition
  • Ability to travel overnight as needed, but generally light travel


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Amazon account management experience
  • Blend of IT/Digital experience comprehension
  • Project management experience
