The Transformation Management Office (TMO) Leader will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Transformation and will be responsible with supporting the TMO with the oversight and coordination of the Margin Reset program, incl. using Agile ways of working to support business owners with initiatives and to deliver on the program ambition.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Track Margin Reset initiatives and savings against targets; review savings targets with business functions periodically and collaborate with Finance to validate savings plan.
  • Gather and challenge project-specific updates from initiative owners, escalate any implementation constraints and support business functions with bottleneck resolution
  • Prepare to discuss savings opportunities in terms of hard savings vs. soft savings, cost-benefit opportunity, and probability of success.
  • Keep project pipeline updated
  • Institutionalize agile sprints, including collect sprint ideas from the business functions, maintain sprint pipeline up to date, prioritize sprint initiatives, and facilitate sprints
  • Prepare TMO reports for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT - CEO, CFO, GC, CTO, CHRO, and others) on savings plans/targets, program status updates, deep-dives on key issues, and escalation of bottlenecks and resource gaps

Basic Qualifications:

  • Cross-functional experience across key business functions
  • Strong project management skills to keep multiple teams and projects on schedule
  • Ability to be a change agent with presence and strength to drive cultural change at Cooper and influence the behavior of others
  • Agile attitude and growth-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and acquire deep understanding of Agile ways of working
  • Strong interpersonal skills in both 1-on-1 and group settings and experience coaching teams
  • Creative, solution oriented mindset, ability to think beyond the obvious and solve problems quickly
  • Solid communication and presentation skills, including the ability to challenge, advise and engage multiple stakeholders, as well as facilitate meetings
