<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">As the Quality Engineer you will plan and conducts activities concerned with the quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products by performing the following duties. <span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">In this role you will be part of our Mold Engineering & Technology quality group located at our Global Mold Shop facility in Findlay, OH. We are looking for an eager engineer that is motivated by achieving high levels of quality and always looking for process improvements!

 

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Job Responsibilities:

  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Able to take inputs, process the information and generate outputs efficiently
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Detail oriented individual with good interpersonal skills
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Will play the role of individual contributor, and may have direct reports depending on experience, also work on multi-disciplinary teams as knowledge base allows
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong computer and analytical skills
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to establish individual priorities and meet deadlines
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Must be able to interact and communicate primarily with peers and mid-level manager levels within organization
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Work requires continual attention to detail
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Some travel maybe required – 10-15%

 

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Basic Qualifications:

  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Strong project management skills
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Capable of obtaining results by means of a standardized gated process utilizing tools including but not limited to design and/or process FMEAs, SIPOC, and MS project
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Significant experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience in continuous improvement process, BB/GB certified, would be a plus
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Experience in operating and programming CMM’s, i.e.  Faro Arms (Polyworks) and Hexagon (PCDEMIS)
