<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">The Quality Statistical Data Analyst should be able to manage, clean and transform numerical and other forms of data, generate descriptive statistics and perform a variety of statistical analysis, such as factor analysis, variance analysis, linear and non-linear regression and multi-variate analysis.  The candidate must have a strong foundation in statistical reasoning to continue developing more advanced techniques and also be able to interpret and present findings to a varied audience.

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">This position works within a multi-disciplinary quality team and is expected to be highly versatile, working on numerous projects at the same time; the position provides analysis of data from manufacturing processes, customer feedback, measurement systems and more.

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Job Specific Duties: 

  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Ability to conduct statistical analysis and derive insights from large and/or complex sets of data.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Ability to perform statistical modeling including but not limited to DOE, sample size calculations, statistical process control, MSA, ANOVA analysis, regression, survival and time series analysis. 
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Develop tools and reports that enhance decision-support capabilities and enhance productivity.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Report and develop global KPIs and other metrics aligning to the company’s strategic goals.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Ability to work in a collaborative environment, leaning and applying new skills.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Ability to present complicated analysis clearly in various formats, such as PowerPoint and detailed reports.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Experience in Microsoft Access and Excel with VB-programming.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Experience querying databases and using statistical languages such as Minitab, SAS, R-programming, Python, Oracle, SQL, SAP, etc.
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Experience in manufacturing applications preferred but not necessary.

<span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Basic Qualifications:  

  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Bachelor’s Degree (Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or Quantitative Sciences)
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Minimum 2-5 years’ experience
  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Travel:  10%

  • <span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif"><span style="font-family:"Verdana",sans-serif">Master’s or Ph.D.
