The HR Administrator will supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in compilation and maintenance of personnel records by performing the following duties.

 

Job Specific Duties: Other duties may be assigned.

  • Must be knowledgeable of and comply with all BMS policy, practice and procedures
  • Benefits and SAP administrator, retirement and retiree administrator and PMAC administrator
  • Responsible for the first day employee orientation, and coordinate visitor lunches, dinners and other events
  • Coordinates recording and filing of information about company personnel such as promotions, wage scales, absences, training status, and terminations
  • Compiles reports of absences, accession rates, salaries, and other matters of interest to company management
  • Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Directly supervises one HR clerk.
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Responsibilities include training employee; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employee; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
  • Coordinates all SAP documentation - Create, transfer, terminations, and retirements of employees profiles

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Manufacturing environment familiarity a plus
